Allonge’ is a boutique studio offering small -sized classes in the classical Pilates method of Joseph Pilates. Classes may focus on one or several pieces of Pilates equipment along with Pilates’ hallmark mat work.
Clients are thoughtfully placed and paced so that similar goals, needs, or conditions may be best spoken to for each person in class.
Private & Fully Customizable Pilates sessions are also available.
Pilates sessions may include any of the following equipment:
reformer, high chair, Wunda chair, mat, Cadillac, weights, and magic circle, spine corrector, ladder barrel, foot corrector, toe corrector, and other small auxiliary equipment
